A fun packed three-story house setup for entertainment and relaxation. Accessible by road and the water with plenty of parking for vehicles and watercraft. With a boat lift, two floating jet ski docks, and a long channel to the river boarded on each side by bulkheads, there is enough space for almost any size boat. There are numerus bars and restaurants to explore in the local water ways, with a free state owned boat launch just 1.5 miles away. When you are done enjoying the water, the house has many fun activities as well. A light up dining table, retro gaming station, wall mounted connect four, large TVs, foosball table, message chair, big wireless light up bluetooth speaker, cornhole, card games, and more. The third story has a door with a separate code from the main entrance doors. Past that door is for adults only with special furniture, lighting, and amenities to create a night to remember with your favorite person. We call this room the Blue Room. It has a connected bathroom with separate toilet rooms, a large two person shower, and jacuzzi tub.
